What are Peace Cards for Humanity™?
A sensory grief and healing system built on four decks — Color, Scent, Sound, and Symbol. Each draw is unique to the person, the moment, and what they are ready to feel. Not therapy. Not performance. A gentle, creative invitation to begin.
How to use
Draw one card from each deck. Let what resonates, resonate. Create something — a mark, a word, a color, a sound or a breath. Keep it, share it, hang it up or let it go.
Journal it
If you have the Peace Cards Journal, start an entry with color. Jot down some thoughts, do what comes to mind, or draw more cards — there's no right or wrong way. The cards are a springboard for your imagination.
Why this system
Drawing from sensory integration, perception psychology, color work, and design, this method is structured yet intuitive. You don't need the right words to begin — image, color, and guided prompts open a door that words alone can't.

Behind the Cards
Developed by Cynthia Tripp — artist, perception psychologist, and product designer.
Cynthia studied under the mentorship of Rudolf Arnheim, then honed her skills in Stuttgart, Germany, further advancing her knowledge in the field of creative inhibition in the mind. She went on to study grief certification through the University of Wisconsin, and developed the Program for Peace Cards by comparing her experiences in perception psychology with autism rooms and art therapy.
